The rules for using offday and paying for it, in plain words.

Your licence

offday is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the details that are specific to offday.

Subscription and free trial

  • offday is a subscription, billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy.
  • New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. Your Apple Account is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends. Renewals are charged in the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Everything you put into offday stays on your iPhone, as the privacy policy explains. That also means we can't recover it for you, so keep your iPhone backed up.

How offday is provided

We work hard to keep offday reliable, but it's provided as is, without a promise that it will be free of bugs or always available. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.

The affirmations are there to motivate. They aren't professional advice.

Changes

If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it. Carrying on using offday after that means you accept the new terms.
